Is a company or political party using your name or face without prior agreement, or is your music part of a production you have not agreed to? If name, image or work is utilised without agreement

Is your image or music being used without your permission? If you believe that others are abusing your rights, you can have your case assessed by one of the union's lawyers. It could be a case of:

• Utilisation of name, image or work beyond what has been agreed
• Utilisation of name, image or work without agreement
